This is the practical guide to how you order handmade jewelry online in Bangladesh from us. It covers what to decide before ordering, the difference between ready-made and custom, payment in Taka, delivery by courier, and what to do if a piece arrives damaged or the size is wrong. We sell only within Bangladesh; there is no international shipping.
Order handmade jewelry online in Bangladesh: ready-made or custom?
Ready-made sets are photographed and listed in the shop by category – Bangles, Rings, Earrings, Necklaces. They are in stock and dispatched in one to two working days. Custom pieces are made to your colour, size and stone pattern and take three to seven working days depending on the piece. Custom requests go through the services pages or by phone.
Step 2: size
For bangles, measure before you order using the bangle size guide. Rings are adjustable. Chokers tie at the back. If you are unsure, message us the measurement and we confirm the size before making.
Step 3: checkout and payment
Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (TK). At checkout you enter your name, phone number and delivery address – district, upazila or thana, and the street or house details the courier needs. Only Bangladesh addresses are accepted. Payment methods available are shown on the checkout page. You receive an order confirmation by email or SMS with an order number; keep it.
Step 4: making and dispatch
Ready-made orders are packed the same or next working day. Custom orders are made, photographed and the photo sent to you for approval before dispatch. Every piece is fixed to a card inside a rigid box. You receive the courier tracking reference when the parcel leaves Feni.
Step 5: delivery
We use national courier companies with coverage in all 64 districts. Typical transit times from Feni:

Delivery charge is a flat rate per order and appears at checkout before payment. Detailed pages for each area are under delivery locations.
Step 6: when the parcel arrives
Open the parcel and check the pieces on the day of delivery. Try bangles on with the hand relaxed and the thumb tucked in. Photograph anything that looks wrong straight away.
If something is wrong
- Damaged in transit: send us photos of the box and the piece within 48 hours of delivery. We replace or repair.
- Wrong size, our error: we remake at no cost.
- Wrong size, measurement error: we remake; you pay return and re-delivery postage only.
- Changed your mind on a ready-made set: contact us within 7 days of delivery; conditions are on the refund and returns policy page.
- Custom pieces are made to your specification and cannot be returned for change of mind.
